本报讯（通讯员 李佳欣 刘广未 文/图） 得益于适宜的气候条件、科学的种植管理以及农民们的辛勤劳作，今年，镇沅彝族哈尼族拉祜族自治县者东镇的“老鼠牙米”产量喜人，最高亩产超过400公斤。

伴随着机器的轰鸣声，一茬茬稻穗不断被卷入机械，收割、脱粒、吐秆一气呵成，颗粒饱满的稻谷尽收囊中，并被装袋运出田间。

“趁着最近天气好，稻谷收下来晒两天就能封袋保存。今年的‘老鼠牙米’长势好，产量也高。”村民陈师一边忙着手上的活一边乐呵呵地说。

“老鼠牙米”因外形细长、两端尖，形似老鼠的牙齿，只有普通大米的一半大小。煮熟后粒粒分明，弹牙有嚼劲，深受消费者的喜爱。市场价格每公斤20元左右，由于“老鼠牙米”质优价高，村民逐年扩大种植面积，今年全村种植280余亩，预计产量10余吨。

手中有粮，心中不慌。“老鼠牙米”的丰收不仅为农民带来了可观的经济收入，也为保障粮食供应作出了积极贡献。
